We rang in the new year by participating in Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (DEEP)‘s First Day Hikes program. Former FoSI President Louis Pietig and current Board Member Craig Patton led a hike for 16 people. We went about two miles through the park while Louis shared information about the park’s history, Westport history, and local wildlife.
