The Sherwood Island Nature Center is looking forward to hosting Ms. Cia Marion, a Westport CT. resident and avid Monarch Butterfly “nurturer”, who has several nesting stations around her backyard.

She will speak about the lifecycle of the Monarch butterfly, using slides and – if their developmental timing is right- some actual eggs, larvae, chrysalis and adults she has watched grow this summer
