    The Friends' Garden Team has started its 9th year working in the East Beach dunes, gardens, picnic areas and parking lot.  This April the team planted 3,600 beach grass stems in two rows fronting the Sound to reinforce the dunes for possible storms this season.  In April 2025, they planted 110 feet of new dunes, completing...
